I am a compassionate and nurturing Certified Birth and Postpartum Ayurvedic Doula that started off as a medical student in Europe for 8 years. 
After witnessing the lack of emotional & mental support with patients recovery and birthing families, I decided to leave medical school in search of a new purpose that was more spiritually aligned with alternative and holistic modality of healing and plant medicine work. 

My spiritual and emotional journey lead me to reconnect back with my Indian heritage and roots of yoga, Ayurveda, massage, herbalism & birth work. I also offer personalized women Womb healing ceremonies such as; Closing of the Bones and Mother’s blessing ceremony 

Within birth work, I aim to support  women and birthing families to make informed decisions without compromising their recovery.
Since 2017 I have actively been a Doula and have helped over 60+ families in their birth and postpartum journey. I combine modern day medicine to along with my ancient knowledge to bring the most balanced and conscious journey families will embark on
